    Stayed here for 14 days, enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with good and magnificent location in the restaurant that has a nice atmosphere. Well-equipped and tidy room, as expected. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was fairly clean as expected.

    Very comfortable hotel with all modern amenities and great rooms although the aircon system could not be adjusted inside the room making it difficult to cool on a warm day. I had a problem at check in [see below] and the staff handled that very efficiently - they were polite and helpful at all times.

    I think the reservation department at this hotel has a problem - they claimed they had no record of my reservation on arrival. I contacted Booked.net immediately who assured me immediately that the hotel had received the reservation and contacted the hotel about this. I was given a room but had the hotel been full this could have left me in a difficult position. Full marks to Booked.net for their customer service and assistance. The hotel reservation department really needs to ensure website bookings are secure.

    Incapable receptionist could not manage to see my booking 20 minutes although I gave them all the details and booking ref. Number.Than l have been asked to use Internet in order to printout my booking details. But Internet was not working. After another 20 min later they finally managed my booking. They did not arrange a person who supposed to show me the room. The room was standard room with twin bad. It was not clean espcially the bath was really really bad. After a hour later someone knock the door and said that was their policy when they changed the shift. It was ridiculous. I am not so happy for the Hotel and dont recommend it.
